About the Chef

François Savin is a French private chef offering private dining experiences and culinary consulting on the French Riviera and in Dubai. With a passion for traveling, he has worked alongside seven Michelin-starred chefs in prestigious establishments worldwide.

Since 2016, Chef Savin has gained extensive experience as a private chef, catering to clients with the highest standards. He collaborates on intimate gatherings in private residences as well as larger, high-profile events.

His culinary journey began in 2005 when he graduated from Lycée Raymond Mondon in Metz, France. He commenced his career in his home country at renowned establishments including Les Sources de Caudalie (1 Michelin star) in Bordeaux, Restaurant Georges Blanc (3 Michelin stars) in Vonnas, and the prestigious Château Saint Martin (2 Michelin stars) in Vence, alongside Chef Yannick Franques.

After gaining valuable restaurant industry experience, Chef Savin decided to share his Mediterranean background, travel-inspired dishes, and extensive culinary knowledge directly with private clients. He now splits his time between the French Riviera—from Saint Tropez to Monaco, including the French and Swiss Alps—and Dubai, where he has been offering his expertise since late 2024, and remains available for further destinations upon request.
